By accessing or using Bhavana Dating, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms as the platform evolves.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Bhavana Dating. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree not to share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. Bhavana is not liable for actions taken on your account by others.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Bhavana in a respectful, lawful manner. Prohibited behaviors include harassment, impersonation, spreading false information, distributing explicit content without consent, and any activity that harms other members or the platform.
5. Content You Post
By posting content on Bhavana (photos, messages, profile information), you grant us a limited license to display that content to other members as part of the service. You retain ownership of your content.
6. Service Availability
Bhavana is provided on an 'as-is' basis during our beta period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines. Users may delete their account at any time through their settings.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be handled through good-faith resolution before any legal proceedings. This section will be updated with jurisdiction details before launch.
